At your first appointment we will listen to your concerns, undertake a thorough examination of your teeth and jaws and determine your orthodontic needs. This may include taking moulds of your teeth, photographs and x-rays. It may be that you are unhappy with the appearance of your teeth and smile, your dentist may have advised that some orthodontic treatment is necessary to prevent dental disease in the future or orthodontics may be needed to prepare your mouth for implants, bridges or crowns. After this appointment we will provide you with various treatment options and work with you to formulate the treatment plan that is best for you. Orthodontic feesConsultation Fee The following fees are guidelines and reflect the range of complexity and duration of treatment for different orthodontic problems. A definitive fee can only be given following a complete diagnostic assessment and will depend on the complexity of your problem, duration of your treatment and the treatment option you choose. Orthodontic fees cover the cost of treatment, orthodontic retainers when active treatment is complete and 12 months of supervision while in retainers. Reasonable fixed appliance breakages are covered by this fee but excessive damage or repeated breakages will accrue an additional cost. There is a fee for replacement or repair of lost or damaged removable appliances or orthodontic retainers. Children Adults Payment plans |
